A supplier offered an engineer a partnership to his company and shared with him the company’s annual profit, on the condition that the engineer would award more contracts to the supplier.  

A senior engineer of a telephone company, was offered a consultant post for recommending an engineering company’s products to the telephone company. 

Howard was a newly joined senior internal audit manager of a publicly listed company.  On presenting to the Managing Director about his evidence of wrongdoings by the Purchasing Director, he was asked to stay away from the case.  

Dr M, the Chief of Service of the Paediatric Department of a public hospital, has the approving authority for purchases not exceeding $100,000. His girlfriend Phoebe is a sales manager of a large medical equipment company.

Jonathan was a computer programmer in Galaxy Electronics. The job assigned to Jonathan was contracted out to an outside software house whose proprietor was his friend. His friend asked Jonathan to take up the job in his own spare time…
