Director Symp 2021

24 August 2021The Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD) - Directors’ Symposium 2021 The Directors' Symposium 2021 organised by HKIoD will be held on 15 September. The Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre is glad to be invited by HKIoD again as a supporting organisation of this annual event. With the theme "Leading in New Normal" , the Directors' Symposium 2021 will share with directors and senior executives the insights of speakers on the theme and present visions showcased in various industries. 07 June 2021Call for Entry: The Hong Kong ICT Awards 2021 “FinTech Award” Striving to maintain the highest level of integrity and competence of the financial sector, the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre is pleased to serve again as a supporting organisation of the "FinTech Award" (the Award) under the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2021. The Award, with the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers being appointed as its leading organiser, aims to encourage the development of FinTech innovation and solutions for enhancing operations and fostering new modes of business for the financial sector. Companies in the banking, insurance, securities trading as well as fund and asset management industries are encouraged to participate in the Award. 26 February 2021HKBEDC calls for participation in two business achievement awards Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre (HKBEDC) continues to collaborate actively with different business organisations in promoting business ethics and good governance. We call for your participation in the below two business achievement awards in which HKBEDC is one of their supporting partners. The IFTA FinTech Achievement Awards 2020 is organised by the Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia (IFTA) to recognise the extraordinary achievements made by companies and individuals in the FinTech industry. The theme of this year's Awards is "Embracing FinTech amid New Normal and Accelerating Digitization". Corporates and individuals in the FinTech community are encouraged to submit online application for the Awards by 26 March 2021 (Friday) 18:00. More details are available from the programme flyer or the event website. The ESG Achievement Awards 2020 is organised by the newly established Institute of ESG & Benchmark (IESGB) with an aim to recognise achievements in Hong Kong in the aspects of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices across different types of organisations. Listed companies, private corporations and non-governmental organisations etc. are encouraged to submit online application for the Awards by 26 March 2021 (Friday) 18:00.
