10 May 2024Early bird enrolment for the 25th “Annual Corporate and Regulatory Update” (ACRU 2024) ACRU 2024, an annual signature event of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI), will be held on 7 June 2024 (Friday), where the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre (HKBEDC) proudly serves as a supporting organisation for 16 consecutive years. As part of the Centre’s effort in promoting professional ethics, we encourage governance professionals, directors and senior management to join the event. Representatives from six regulatory bodies, including Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Securities and Futures Commission and Competition Commission, will provide updates on enforcement developments and engage discussions on regulatory matters. Executive Director of the HKBEDC will also share insights on anti-corruption and ethical governance. A total of 6.5 ECPD points will be granted to eligible participants who attended all sessions of the event.
