Self-training Module for Mainland Enterprises Planning to be Listed in Hong Kong
With Hong Kong’s well-established legal system, robust market and close connection to the mainland China, more mainland enterprises are seeking to go public and raise funds here. The Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre (HKBEDC) has produced a Training Module to help companies’ management enhance knowledge about local anti-corruption laws and the possible ethical challenges during the listing process.
The Training Module comprises:
• Training Video for Mainland Enterprises Planning to be Listed in Hong Kong
(available in Putonghua only) - featuring legal and regulatory requirements related to listing in Hong Kong.
• Pamphlet for Mainland Enterprises Planning to be Listed in Hong Kong
(available in Simplified Chinese only) - covering major provisions of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance, roles and responsibilities of company directors in ethical governance, and corruption prevention services of the ICAC.
