To enable participants to critically examine the ethical challenges faced by company directors and their professional advisors, the Conference adopted an interactive approach by arranging concurrent group discussions on a specially designed case study. A filmlet newly produced by the Hong Kong Ethics Development Centre, entitled "The Boardroom Agenda" addressing directors' ethical issues, was also shown to trigger discussion.
