  • The Company Secretary, Vivian CHEN, proposed to the MD, Daniel KOT, to review the internal control systems of the company but received only a lukewarm response. The issue was not followed up on.

  • The Managing Director (Daniel KOT) and the President of Mainland Operations (WU Jiaxiong) were very loyal to the Chairman. Upon the Chairman's order, Daniel and Jiaxiong did everything they could to improve the financial results, including loosening the credit policy, signing secret buy-back agreements with clients and lowering quality of the production materials.
