  • offer gifts without reasonable excuse while having dealing with the government department or public organisation

  • entertainment which might give rise to an actual, potential or perceived conflict of interests
  • business favours (e.g. discount, sample) exclusively for him/her
Green Light: Do the right things ...
  • follow proper procedures in obtaining public service
  • conduct business in a fair and proper manner
