Developing corporate ethics programmes
Established under the auspices of our Community Relations Department, the Hong Kong Ethics Development Centre can assist you in developing corporate ethics programmes which cater to the specific needs of your organization. Its services include:
  • Formulating or improving a corporate code of conduct and offering advice on how to implement the code effectively;

  • Strengthening a system of controls and work procedures to prevent bribery, fraud and other malpractices;

  • Developing training programmes for employees at different levels;

  • Organizing tailor-made seminars and workshops on corruption and fraud prevention;

  • Operating a resource centre which has over 1,000 local and overseas reference publications and audio-visual materials on business ethics; and

  • Managing a website http://www.icac.org.hk/hkedc that provides the latest information on business and professional ethics.

Providing consultancy services on corruption prevention

The Advisory Services Group of our Corruption Prevention Department offers private organisations expert advice on how to tighten up internal controls to minimise opportunities for corruption and malpractice.

Providing corruption reporting and enquiry services
The Operations Department, the ICAC's investigative arm, is responsible for handling corruption complaints and enquiries in strict confidence. You may lodge a complaint or make an enquiry through the following channels:
