In tandem with the implementation of various national policies, the Mainland economy has been growing steadily and rapidly and creating favourable conditions for the development of SMEs operating in the PRD. Enterprises in the three places must therefore work together in concerted effort while elaborating fully their strengths to complement one another, and adhere steadfastly to the common value and goal of "creating wealth with integrity and business ethics". To further assist cross-boundary SMEs in the implementation of integrity management, anti-corruption authorities in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao will jointly produce a new corruption prevention guide taking stock of corruption risks of common concern and addressing the corruption prevention needs of the sector.
