Scene 1

Location:	Sharon’s office
Character(s):	Sharon, Kit
(After much internal struggle, Sharon finally decides to assist Kit with his loan application.)
Sharon:	Alright, I’ll help you just this once.
Kit:	That’s what friends are for. I’ll write a recommendation letter for Justin tonight.
Sharon:	Forget it. I’m helping you because I don’t have the heart to see your company go down, not for any personal gain!
(Against her better judgment, Sharon signs the document, recommending Kit’s loan application to the bank.)

Location:	ICAC Headquarters and Courthouse entrance
Character(s):	Sharon
(Sharon’s heart sinks as she steps out of the ICAC Headquarters after being interrogated.)
