Facts:
- ● Sharon and Kit, having official dealings for some years and their kids studying in the same school, are close friends of each other.
- ● Kit is confronted with severe financial problems caused by the recent slump of the stock market. Sharon is sympathetic towards Kit’s difficult position.
- ● Kit told Sharon that the loan from the bank will definitely help ease his financial burden.
- ● Knowing that Sharon is anxious to have her son Justin joining the school study tour, Kit tells Sharon that he can recommend Justin to the school in his capacity as chairman of the parent-teacher association (PTA), so that Justin will secure a place in the study tour.
